(c) We may disclose your personal information to any third party if we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation or for the performance of any contract we enter into with them or you, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Hollands Pies Limited, our customers or others. (b) Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure.
