Delivery of Pies and Puds

We deliver our pies and puds via UK Mail to anywhere in mainland UK, The Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland. Please see the zones on the map on the right, we will be delivering to zones A, B and C only.

Due to the perishable nature of the product, it is important that customers be available to take delivery of goods on the day stated below, or make arrangements for a family member or neighbour to receive delivery.

Delivery times of pies and puds:

N.B. UK mail will guarantee next day delivery up to 5:30pm the next day which is still within our 36 hours.

Delivery costs of pies and puds:

Zones A and B:

• For orders of 1-4 box of (10 pies in each box), the delivery cost to mainland UK addresses is £5.95.
• For orders of 5 boxes or more (10 pies in each), an additional £1.25 per box will be charged.
• Please note: for delivery to the Isle of Wight and the Isle of Scilly there is an additional surcharge of £5.99

Zone C:

• For orders of 1-4 box of (10 pies in each box), the delivery cost to mainland UK addresses is £13.95.
• For orders of 5 boxes or more (10 pies in each), an additional £3.00 per box will be charged.

Product Storage and Consumption

The outer packaging will maintain product temperature at <8 degrees C for up to 36 hours. When you receive your pies and puds, store them immediately in a fridge according to the instructions on the product wrapping film. Products are suitable for home freezing.

Dispatch time and date are detailed on the label on the outside of the packaging bag. Do not consume product that has been delivered after 36 hours of this date and time. All other information about the product can be found on the individual product packaging.

Delivery of Merchandise

We deliver our merchandise via Royal Mail to anywhere in the UK and it may take up to 3 days to be delivered from day of dispatch.
