What is your favourite flavour of Holland's Pies?
Current favourite is Traditional Pasty, but it can change week by week!
Why (apart from loving our pies!) did you want to become involved in the Pie Panel?
My friends always laughed at my love of pies, particularly after a night out, saw the advert on the BBC and pushed me to go for it! The chance to be part of the pie-making process was too good to pass up!!
What have you most enjoyed about the Pie Panel process?
Obviously apart from the tasting, and eating far more pies than probably one should in a short period of time… it was being able to see how the whole process worked, and meeting all the people at Holland's and the other pie panelists, who are always great fun to work with.
What is your first/favourite memory of Holland's Pies?
Favourite: seeing the meat and potato pies (my favourite at the time) in the supermarkets in Sheffield when I came to uni!
Where in the world would you most like to eat a Holland's Pie?
In the air! They beat plane food any day!!
If you could create any flavour of pie, what would it be?
Christmas dinner pie, with all the trimmings!
