What is your favourite flavour of Holland's Pies?
Steak and Kidney Pudding.
Why (apart from loving our pies!) did you want to become involved in the Pie Panel?
After winning Gordon Ramsay's "F" Word as one of the Lancashire Lasses (the name of our winning team), I wanted to "STEAK" my claim as a pie expert!
What have you most enjoyed about the Pie Panel process?
Eating my way through the prize of 365 pies, and I still love them
What is your first/favourite memory of Holland's Pies?
My first memory, but certainly NOT my favourite memory would have to be the tour of the factory, when I arrivedI was wearing high heel boots with cropped trousers and I had to remove my boots and wear flat, rubber, non slip shoes, those along with the hair net and large white coat looked pretty hideous. My favourite memory would have to be the blindfolded taste tests!
Where in the world would you most like to eat a Holland's Pie?
Being a true Lancashire Lass It would have to be the pie tasting capital of the world - Wigan.
If you could create any flavour of pie, what would it be?
Breakfast pie.
