What is your favourite flavour of Holland's Pies?
You can't beat a good old traditional Meat & Potato Pie.
Why (apart from loving our pies!) did you want to become involved in the Pie Panel?
When I first heard the media release I thought “Are they mad? Surely all the world’s pie experts are already working for them!!!” Well if they are mad I want to be part of the madhouse... And the rest is history.
What have you most enjoyed about the Pie Panel process?
The fact that you can come together with a group of like-minded people and feel like you are making a difference and that Holland's are genuinely interested in our views.
What is your first/favourite memory of Holland's Pies?
I have a picture on my mobile phone of my wife and kids eating pies at the football. It brings a smile to my face every time I see it. Which is about 20 times a day at least...
Where in the world would you most like to eat a Holland's Pie?
It would have to be with my wife and kids, it would have to be in Paris… and the pie would have to have gravy on it... To show our French friends what real food is all about!
A British Pie Festival in the heart of Paris...Ha!
If you could create any flavour of pie, what would it be?
Christmas Dinner, all surrounded by pastry. Turkey, cranberry, stuffing, roast potato, carrots and definately sprouts and GRAVY!!
