Identifying areas within the business where we can improve our performance and then helping teams to actually deliver these improvements such as waste reduction and efficiency gains.
What do you enjoy most about working at Holland’s?
The people – no matter how difficult the job is, we always manage to keep our spirits up with a giggle!
Where in the world would you most like to eat a Holland’s Pie?
Norway – something tasty and wholesome while you enjoy the amazing scenery.
If you could create any flavour of pie, what would it be?
Beef, mushroom and red wine.
