I have just purchased for the first time a box of frozon Coronation Street Chicken, Leek in White wine pies. I must say how disdappointed both my husband and I were. Reading the description on the box they are supposed to contain chunks of chicken and leek in a rich white wine sauce, What I found was, hardly any chicken, no leeks that I could see , the pastry was extremely hard although they had been cooked exactly to the instructions laid down. The only thing we got that was stated was the rich sauce. Very disappointing, Thrown the last 2 pies away and will not be purchasing any more,

I have just tried The Cornonation Street Hotpots. I have to say I was extremely disappointed. I have always been a lover of pies and expecially hot pots, but these were small, smaller than one of your meat and potato pies. In addition, it was more the filling that was disappointing, it tasted more like sage and onion stuffing, so I am to presume too much sage. I was unable to get any "hot pot" taste. The original Hollands hotpots were by far tastier and near to what a hot pot should be like. Have you ever thought of doing a corned beef hash pie with a crust on top, I'm sure they would be a good seller, I can always provide my recipe, if you wish to get it spot on!! Regards . Jan
