Terms & Conditions

Closing date: 12pm Monday 30 April 2012

Entries received after the closing date will not be eligible.

There will be one prize of a ‘Year’s Free Supply of Pies’, the prize is an assorted selection of 52 individually fresh wrapped pies, puddings or pasties.  If you win Holland’s Pies will contact you directly via email to arrange delivery of the prize.  

No cash alternative to the prize will be offered.

2 Sisters Food Group reserve the right to substitute the prize for an alternative one of the same or higher value.

No purchase is necessary in order to participate in the free prize draw.

The free prize draw is open to all [UK residents (other than residents of Northern Ireland)] aged 18 and over [excluding employees of 2 Sisters Food Group Ltd, their immediate families, their subsidiary companies and agents, and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion].

Winners from outside the North West will only be allowed to select from potato & meat pie, meat pie, steak & kidney pie, steak & kidney pudding and cheese & onion pie and the prize will be delivered by courier not Holland’s Pies.  Only one entry per person is allowed. 

The free prize draw will be drawn at 12pm on Monday 30 April 2012.  The winner will be randomly selected from the correctly answered entries.   

The winner will be chosen at random from the correctly answered entries by computer / under the supervision of an independent observer.

The promoter’s decision is final in every situation (including any not covered by these terms and conditions) and no correspondence will be entered into.

Winners will be contacted by email or telephone to arrange delivery of the prize and will be required to confirm their postal address before the prize can be released. The entire prize will be sent to the winner in a single delivery via the Holland’s Pies delivery vehicle or courier. If you win please allow 30 days for the prize to arrive.  The winner will be notified when they will receive the prize

We reserve the right to publish the winners name and county on our facebook site, website and/or in postal communications. The winner’s name will be available on request by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the promoter.
